Gluten Free Autistic Kids

A Gluten free diet has helped kids with autism, ans some diets also have a dairy free diet too.

This blog is not for or contained medical advice to follow, for in some cases there is reverse effects.

Many times with the American culture, both parents work, and kid's diets get left out for the most part, and there is a fast paced, fast moving lifestyle, so it is time we change all that when it comes to health; after all we eat to have health, and we are aiming for good, healthy health.

According to The Autism Network for Dietary Intervention (ANDI), Karyn Seroussi wrote a book for the severly disabled for life, and set out to prove a gluten free diet would reverse the effects of Autism, so with the story on this little kid, he went from having chronic health problems to being a more normal little boy, and not every child responds in health like this at first, but as a trial basis, a gluten free diet could help a child with autism.
