Holiday Creamed Cheese Sauce

A gluten free Cheese Sauce for the Holidays, just add: 2c heavy cream, 1 1/2 te Dijon mustard, 3/4 te kosher salt, 1/8 te cayenne pepper, 3c shredded sharp yellow or white cheddar cheese. 1/4 c (optional)Green onions sliced, directions: Add for cheese sauce into medium sauce pan, whisk the cream, mustard, salt, and cayenne pepper together, bring to a boil over medium-high heat; decrease the heat and whisk in the cheddar cheese until smooth; pour sauce over pasta, stir in green onions, pour mixture into baking dish; add on top topping mixture; bake until golden brown, 20-25 min..
