Gluten Free Muffins

Preheat Oven 425* A recipe to follow for muffins: 1/4 c butter, 1/2 c soy silk milk, 2T Honey, 2T Applesauce 3 c Brown Rice Flour, 1/4 Baking Soda, Directions: 1.Mix dry ingredients, 2.
